Maria Winters, LCPC, NCC is a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Maryland and a National Certified Counselor with more than 18 years of experience providing support to adults and adolescents. With a passion for teaching others and opening conversations about mental health, she strives to make emotional wellness and mental health something that everyone appreciates and prioritizes.

Maria has been a public speaker since 2003, leading workshops and training in an interactive, high-energy way that makes people feel empowered — not just to take care of themselves but also to support others in a non-judgmental and productive way.
