My recent career includes roles as Head of Business Excellence for Sinarmas Mining, leading the Digital Transformation and Analytics Strategy, and Sinarmas Multiartha as an interim CHRO. I was awarded the People Analytics Excellence Award 2021 by SWA and Gold for excellence in Digital Transformation in Indonesia at HR Asia 2020 summit.
