Venkat's mission is to touch and transform a hundred million lives by 2025, and a billion lives by 2030.

He seeks to fulfil this mission through the two organizations he founded - Tripura Multinational and Global Coaching Lab. Venkat's personal values are reflected within his organizations - the belief in people and their immense potential, leadership with honesty and integrity, showcasing a drive for excellence, and a passion to be world class in every engagement the companies drive.

Venkat believes that leaders need to be practitioners as well - leading by example is a key trait of leadership. In addition to setting the direction for the organizations and engaging with customers, Venkat leads various workshops, and coaches’ multiple leaders. All engagements are indexed to specific business results, so that clients can achieve measurable ROI in every engagement.

Under the Tripura banner, Venkat engages in Sales leadership development, Sales coaching and specific custom engagements that help his clients to plan better, qualify better, orchestrate better and expand better. His account planning engagements has resulted in $5B in net new revenues discovered by organizations. His trademarked deal qualification framework is licensed worldwide by organizations and filters over $3B in deals annually. His sales coaching engagements has doubled the number of million $ deals for customers. His passion for Sales encompasses Sales leadership development, Sales management engagement, Channel partner development and engagement, Complex deal orchestration and Coaching in the Field with customers and partners

Under the Global Coaching Lab banner, Venkat engages in scores of executive coaching engagements. Most of these engagements are with senior managers and leaders, and over 75% of these leaders either get promoted or take on higher responsibilities. He is an accredited member of the Forbes Coaches Council and constantly shares his thought leadership and provides insights on how leaders can play at their next higher level. His coaching is split between individual coaching, team coaching and coaching together with the customer and partner. Having clocked over 3000 hours of coaching so far, he is humbled to have coached over 20 different nationalities that allows him to appreciate the inherent humanity and potential within everyone.

In his free time, Venkat is a voracious reader, listens to Carnatic music and indulges in yoga and meditation. Along with his force multiplier and wife, he likes to travel the world. Both are currently based in Singapore.
