Over my 25-year career, I have worked in training, development, and recruitment. I have been coaching aspiring managers, executives, and senior leaders for over a decade. I hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, an NLP Practitioner, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Making a big difference in people's lives is something I'm enthusiastic about. I have a strong academic background which I combine with my wealth of practical experience. I have an Advanced Level in behaviour testing and training, a Master's in human resources and marketing from Symbiosis, a PhD in human resources, and a diploma in training and development from the Indian Society of Training and Development.

My speciality is discovering and enhancing the unique qualities of my clients while also helping them to pinpoint areas that need work and develop those areas through expert coaching and counselling to reach their full potential in both their personal and professional lives.

In terms of exposure and experience, I also gained a lot from my corporate partnership for talent acquisition. As a personality architect, master career coach, and recruitment specialist, I have the privilege of serving on the boards of several national and international organisations. Over the course of my 25-year career, I had the pleasure to train and nurture over 10,000 students, helping them to achieve their goals and getting them ready for the job.
