She also launched virtual summits like the HR Summit Global (10,000 participants from 32 countries) and the World Gratitude Summit (15,000 participants from 49 countries), both showcasing the power of human connection to inspire collaboration and growth.

Sha holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, and was awarded the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation.
