Saurav Atri is an Executive Leadership Coach, Senior Workplace/Management Consultant and Subject Matter Expert at Gallup. As a Strategic Advisor to CEOs, CHROs, Saurav leads Leadership thinking around how to maximize human potential and performance to build high performing organizations.
Over the last 10 years with Gallup, he has coached 800 Leaders, trained 10,000 Managers, trained 3,000 Executive Coaches on Strengths Coaching and facilitated over 300 workshops across 38 cities around the world and won numerous performance awards at Gallup.
His area of expertise is building High Performing Teams, Employee Engagement, Building a Strengths Based Culture, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, Strategic Advisory. He has invested his life energies in building his expertise in Human Nature and Performance.
Previously at Gallup, Saurav managed a team of 6 Sales Consultants while driving Gallup’s business for SE Asia as Regional Director for SE Asia. In 2019-2020 he grew the business by 37% and was inducted into Gallup's Chairmans Council.
He has also served in a dual role with Gallup as Director of Talent Sourcing for the Southeast Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Europe regions, and Learning Business Partner to Gallup's clients across Southeast Asia, Pacific and Middle East. Prior to Gallup, he worked across India and the Middle East in marketing consulting, education, financial services and as a sports management entrepreneur, managing the Indian National Hockey Team.
Saurav has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Delhi University, an MBA in strategy, leadership and marketing from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India and HR Management and Analytics Certification from Wharton.
