She thrives in diverse environments and enjoys being involved in challenging projects. Her career includes leadership roles across different businesses, from life insurance to industrial production.

As a transformational coach and business mentor, she assists leadership teams during transition periods and supports C-suite and senior executives in honing their communication and leadership skills to master their roles and strategic development projects. Her passion for helping people grow, combined with her extensive experience in organizational development, enables her to unconditionally support her clients, understand their needs and speak their language.
Rossella is Global Faculty Trainer, Mentor Coach and Director of the Italian Bilingual Programme of the International Coach Academy - a world top provider of ICF accredited coach training program - and the Founder and President of MentorLab - an innovative company specialized in co-designing and supervising internal coaching and mentoring programs in companies and not-for-profit organizations. She partners with internal coaches in group and team coaching activities, and supports them with coach training, mentoring and supervision.
She is also the co-founder of EMCC Italia, the Italian chapter of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the President of Associazione Mentori Professionisti and Associazione Italiana Mentoring, not-for profit associations promoting professional mentoring in Italy and providing solidarity mentoring programmes in schools and communities.
Rossella is the co-author of the book "Professional Mentors" and the author of the forthcoming book "The Power Of And".
