In 2019, I made a bold shift from a successful career in the luxury jewelry & the diamond industry to professional executive coaching and leadership development in pursuit of my passion for people enablement and fortifying connected and humanized organizational cultures and leaders.

My coaching ethos is rooted in my personal values of boldness, courage, and being true to oneself. I firmly believe that one when is aware, conscious, and connected to their core - their values and natural being, it has a way of opening up limitless potential and opportunities for growth and success.
