Mick is the Founder of The Leadership Project. His vision is to inspire all leaders to challenge the status quo.

We are facing a leadership crisis in the world and must stop, reflect and rethink what it means to be a leader in the modern world. Only 20% of people in the world truly love their job and like their boss. People are spending up to 1/3 of their lives in jobs that don't inspire them or worse still completely stress them out.

The Leadership Project was established to provide leaders with all of the skills and knowledge they need to create amazing teams and amazing workspaces. Workspaces where people have purpose and meaning in what they do, where their voices are heard and opinions valued, and where everyone feels that they individually and collectively matter.

Mick has enjoyed a successful 30 year career that has including leading profitable global and regional businesses for multinational companies. His success has always been through his ability to inspire people into meaningful action around a worthy cause. He helps people to become their very best version of themselves and provides an environment where they can do their best work.
