With a career spanning nearly four decades, my leadership at Coach Kimberly International has been dedicated to inspiring greatness, transforming lives, and changing organizational culture globally.
Early on, I aspired to be an educator, but I shifted my focus to business, connecting that passion through Human Resources. This pivot led me to numerous pioneering experiences that shaped my professional journey.
I achieved significant milestones in the financial services industry, including launching the first corporate university in the United States and co-creating Individually Scheduled Tests and Results (ISTAR) with a talented group of educators and engineers. These foundational experiences not only honed my leadership skills but also ignited my passion for developing others and creating impactful learning environments.
I am fortunate to be part of a successful entrepreneurial family legacy and have been mentored by some of the most notable American educators and business leaders. Recognizing the power of education and collaboration, I transitioned from corporate life to consulting, following the advice of my mentor, Stephen R. Covey. This shift allowed me to focus on establishing corporate universities for Fortune 500 companies, further solidifying my commitment to fostering growth and innovation.
As a co-founder of the Global Leadership BrainTrust, I empower organizations to cultivate trust and create psychologically safe work cultures, fostering high-value creation teams that thrive on innovation and collaboration.
My commitment to coaching led me to launch COACHpreneur School, designed to bridge the gap after coach training by equipping aspiring coaches with the tools to establish and scale successful practices. Additionally, I created The Coaching Sisterhood to uplift women in entrepreneurship, leadership, and coaching, nurturing a supportive community that drives collective success.
