Executive Coach

I am a professional Leadership Coach (Professional Certified Coach; PCC, by International Coach Federation), People & Culture Strategist and Transformation Leader with expertise in leading scaled transformation(s), building high-performance teams & functions (in-country, region and global) and shaping & nurturing cultures, Leadership, and careers. Prior to joining Public Service and after ~12 years at Google, had a successful year+ as an entrepreneur, as Founder and Executive Coach at Noetic Step, a Singapore based Executive Coaching and Talent Advisory practice.

I was Senior Director (CHRO) with GovTech, Singapore, responsible for all things People, Organisation, Learning and Culture. I also served as a Public Service Coach, with Singapore Public Service Division (PSD).

I have worked in multi-cultural and multi-national set ups and bring a global experience across talent lifecycle, strategy & operations and a global perspective to people, leadership, and organizational space. Operating as an Influencer, Aggregator and Coach, I have always cherished challenges that are at the intersection of People, Organization and Transformation. Through my corporate, entrepreneurial, and public service experiences, I have developed a fair understanding of several industries and sectors, a consultative approach to solving for organizational vision and mandates, with a strong execution focus and ability to deliver through direct and influencing styles of leadership.

I am the current President of Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), serving a two-year term (2023-2025) and was conferred as a Master Professional by Institute of Human Resources (IHRP) in 2019. I have been nominated twice to serve on the Singapore Public Service Division (PSD)s’ Talent Development Council, with a mandate to further the future of HR across Singapore Public Service.

I serve as an Independent Advisor for GoSports Foundation, a not-for-profit focusing on "Changing the Script" in Indian sport and served for seven years on the Board of Management Studies/Advisory Board (HR Program) for T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), India.

I was awarded the “Best HR Leader” in the tenth Singapore HRM Awards (2013) and twice recognized as one of the Top 100 HR Icons and Influencers (2023); Southeast Asia / Top 50 HR Icons (2024); Singapore, by ETHRWorld. I am also a past winner of Google’s People Operations Awesomeness Awards (2010) in the category of “Ability to Inspire Followership” and a “Distinguished Alumni” Award (2019) by the Indian Management Conclave.
