Fueled by a passion to amplify coaching impact in the Philippines and Asia, Carla is also an Executive Coach Master Trainer. Through this role, she has
trained and mentor leaders to become ICF credentialed coaches, equipping them to spark real change in the lives of others.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carla is an advocate for using coaching as a force for good. She founded the CoachesCare® advocacy project, which extends free coaching to communities in need. At the heart of everything she does is living out a story of faith, hope, and resilience that people can connect with. After beating COVID-19, Carla created non-profit organizations to support COVID survivors and healthcare workers on the frontlines.
