Anna Inama, MCC

I am a professional certified business coach, facilitator, leadership consultant and trainer. My approach is characterized by my own extensive leadership experience and successful track record with over 25 years as a leader in global organisations, my coach training with a Masters in Coaching and Organisational Development, and my own intercultural background.

With individuals, my business coaching is focused on topics including intercultural adaptation, transition and on-boarding, developing an authentic style of leadership, leadership profiling and capability building.

My work with teams includes team health assessment, facilitation of strategy and vision, high performing team development and team coaching.

At a broader organisational level, I also develop and facilitate bespoke leadership training and development initiatives tailored to specific organisational needs e.g. intercultural awareness, leadership capability, coaching skills development, relationships and communication.

I am also a visiting lecturer in Intercultural Studies for bachelor degree students in Munich.

My passion is the facilitation of the development of others to achieve personal and professional breakthroughs, whilst recognizing and building on each individual`s unique capabilities. Clients say I have a coaching style that is supportive and insightful yet challenging to achieve change. It is important for me to work in true partnership with my clients in a trusting and safe yet challenging environment.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and am certified as a Master coach MCC and mentor coach. I am accredited in MBTI, Insights Discovery, EQi, Hogan, Individual Directions Inventory IDI. I am also certified as an Intercultural Business Trainer and Moderator , endorsed by the DGIKT and a Time to Think Coach.
I am an English national based in Munich, and my work is across Europe.
