I partner with teams on organisational development, cross-functional transformation and restructuring programs to deliver cultural change (new ways of working), offshoring programs (hubs).
I am intellectually curious and a life-long learner, who stays up-to date with the latest industry trends on Digitisation, data analytics, talent development and retention, upskilling and reskilling workforce. I am passionate about self-learning and building new skills, demonstrated through the relentless pursuit of projects outside of my existing role with exceptional feedback from stakeholders.
