Ronald Malicdem

Ronald is one of the Philippines' Top 30 Leaders and Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn (2023).

He is the Chairman of San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation's (SMYPC) Production Council (Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, and China) since 2019. He is a seasoned Senior Operations Manager of San Miguel Corporation with 24+ years in the Beverage Industry. He has already held various assignments in Quality Assurance, Product Development, Technology, Project, Construction Management, and Operations. He is also the Business Academy Dean.

He is the Governance Chairman and Board of Director of SNR Bank.

As an advocate of business development, agriculture, and education, he is the Chairman of the Board of Usbong Sibol Agri-Ventures, Inc. and Managing Director and Board of Food Sec Filipinas, Inc.

He is the President of the Pampanga Business Development Coordinating Council and a Board Director at the Metro Angeles Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Inc.

With extensive experience and graduate studies, he is a Professor and Strategic Management Defense Panelist at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business under the Department of Operations and IT and the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health. He teaches MBA and double degree MD-MBA students courses in Applied Mathematics and Operations Management.

He is an executive fellow on business finance at Enderun Extension, where he teaches top leaders financial strategies. He also serves as the strategic advisor of Angeles Power, Inc., Raslag Corporation, and GRBank, assisting them with their strategic and long-term business sustainability efforts. He is the Founder and Managing Consultant of Ramp-up Executive LMC.

He is a Licensed Chemist graduate of the University of the Philippines - Diliman and MBA Regis (Gold Medalist and Graduating Class Commencement Speaker) of Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He has post-graduate studies in MS Materials Engineering (UP Diliman), Bachelor of Laws (MLQU Law School), and Leadership and Management Development Program (AteneoCCE).

He is taking graduate studies on Public Leadership (PLC) at the Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard University, and Doctor of Business Administration in Global Business and Leadership (DBA-GBL) at the California Intercontinental University.

He is a Past President, the current Faculty Adviser and Board of Trustee of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB) Clark Students and Alumni Association, and the former MBA Regis Representative of the Ateneo GSB SC organization.
