I serve as an instrument of positive change to happen by coaching and empowering C-level leaders to influence their next-generation change-makers to be more self-aware, value their values, and fulfill their life purpose.

I am particularly excited about cultural transformation, technology, innovation, and growth not only for business, more so for people.

People build culture and HR is no longer solely administrative: it evolved toward being strategic. Even though change has a reputation of it being unwelcome, HR OD has become a space where I am keen to never stop learning.

This advocacy is about helping leaders be more present, and to unlock their “element” or highest potential. By so doing, being mindful of how professionals can be ambitious while preventing burnout is something that I invite others to have moments of pause, I call it: “Pause with grace”. A personal mission that was birthed out of the pandemic.
